We aim to assist the campuses and departments in our district with the mission of Cultivating Exceptional People. Our goal is to provide teachers and staff with resources from numerous vendors. 

How to get on SISD’s vendor's list:
To ensure your company is included on our vendor’s lists, please fill out the vendor’s application packet. Please indicate all products and services your company provides. The Purchasing Department will file your request in the appropriate bid folder. Bids/RFPs Quotes will be advertised on the Purchasing Department website and in the Houston Community Newspaper.

Competitive Bid Law:
The state competitive bid law governs Splendora ISD and all other school districts in the State of Texas. Therefore, most purchasing is done through cooperative purchasing and competitive sealed proposals. The competitive bidding process aims to help public schools obtain the best products at the lowest practical prices in the best interest of the taxpayers by stimulating competition. Splendora ISD is committed to fair and equal competition among all vendors. In addition, the State Competitive Bid law does not allow favoritism to be shown to any vendor.
