Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year

The 2026-2027 school year begins on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. We are excited to welcome back our students and embark on another year of growth and learning. At Splendora ISD, we are dedicated to creating an educational environment where every student is empowered to be self-motivated, confident, adaptable, and a critical thinker. Together, we are Cultivating Exceptional People.

New Student Online Registration opens July 1, 2026. Visit our Student Registration site for details. New Student Registration is for students who are new to the district or previously enrolled students who were not enrolled on May 29, 2026.

School Supply List

School supply lists for elementary campuses are available using the links below.

Please Note: Coleman 6th Grade Campus, Splendora Junior High School, and Splendora High School do not publish school supply lists. Students attending these campuses should bring a notebook and a pencil or pen on the first day of school. Teachers will provide information about any additional supplies needed for their classes.

Student Handbook and Code of Conduct

The Student Handbook and Code of Conduct are available on the Student Services website

The 2025–2026 handbook will be released in August 2025 to reflect new legislative updates and any new local policies of Splendora ISD.

As a reminder, in 2025, Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1481 into law. This legislation prohibits PK–12 students from using cell phones and other personal communication devices during the school day. The law applies to all personal cell phones, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, pagers, radios, and any other device capable of telecommunication or digital communication.

What does this mean for your child?

  • Splendora ISD must create and enforce a policy requiring devices to be stored and left unused during the school day.
  • Exceptions will be made for students who have a documented medical or safety need that requires the use of a device.
  • If a device is confiscated under this law, it cannot be disposed of until 90 days after written notice is provided to a parent or guardian.

Transportation Service Registration

To ensure accurate bus routing for the upcoming school year, all families must complete a transportation registration form for each student in their household. Splendora ISD now includes Transportation Registration in the annual online forms completed in Skyward.

Splendora ISD utilizes Infofinder-i to help families determine their child's school of residence and locate the nearest bus stop.
You can search your address in Infofinder-i or view the Elementary Attendance Zone for more details.

From the Nurse

School and Childcare Vaccine Requirements

A student must be fully immunized against certain diseases or must present a certificate or statement that, for medical reasons or reasons of conscience, including a religious belief, the student will not be immunized. For exemptions based on reasons of conscience, only official forms issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Immunization Branch, can be honored by the district. This form may be obtained by writing the DSHS Immunization Branch (MC 1946), P.O. Box 149347, Austin, Texas 78714-9347; or online at Texas Immunization Exemptions. The form must be notarized and submitted to the principal or school nurse within 90 days of notarization. If the parent is seeking an exemption for more than one student in the family, a separate form must be provided for each student. The form is valid for two years from the date of notarization.

The Physician's Request for Medication Administration and the Physician's Statement for Food Allergy forms must be completed each school year.

For additional information, visit your child's campus nurse webpage. The following forms are available for download and completion.
