Splendora ISD is committed to providing our taxpayers with clear and relevant financial information in a transparent, easily accessible format. The Business and Finance Department is responsible for managing a system built on the accountability of financial resources and the allocation of funds to meet District needs.

In accordance with Board Policy CFC(LEGAL) - Accounting Audits, the District must conduct an annual financial audit. This audit must be performed by a certified public accountant or a public accountant who holds a permit from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Texas school districts may choose to begin their fiscal year on either July 1 or September 1. Splendora ISD's fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. The District adopted this fiscal year schedule in 2008.
