Employees are encouraged to become familiar with the 2026-2027 Employee Benefits Portal. You will find detailed information about your employee benefits program, including benefits summaries, claim forms, administrative forms, customer service numbers, provider directories, and direct links to the insurance carriers. You will also find helpful information on each employee benefit product to help you choose a benefit package for you and your family.

Splendora ISD offers the following at no additional cost to employees:

• Basic Life - This policy provides your beneficiary with a lump-sum benefit. 
• Next Level Prime - As a PRIME member, employees can access all Next Level Urgent Care locations for primary care and urgent care needs seven days a week, and access to virtual care 24/7.
• Virtual Visit (through Next Level Prime) - This benefit lets you get the treatment you need for minor illnesses without visiting your doctor's office.
• Employee Assistance Plan (EmployeeConnect) - Offers professional, confidential services to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.)

Splendora ISD offers flexible Pre-K options for our dedicated team. Children of full-time classroom teachers qualify for free enrollment under state law (HB2). We also offer a low-cost program for all other district employees to support our entire Splendora ISD family.
 

Splendora ISD employees can support the Splendora ISD Education Foundation through payroll contributions. Your contribution helps support programs and initiatives that benefit Splendora ISD students and staff.

To make a contribution, follow the steps below:

• Visit the Splendora ISD Employee Benefits Center.
• Select View Benefits at the top of the page.
• Log in using your credentials.
  • If you have never logged in, your password is the last four digits of your Social Security number followed by your full date of birth.
  • If you are unable to log in, call 855-523-8422. Splendora ISD staff are unable to reset passwords or unlock accounts.
• Under My Benefits, select Splendora ISD Education Foundation.
• Select Unlock.
• Select the option to contribute to the Splendora ISD Education Foundation and enter the amount you would like to contribute.
