Rachel Coleman serves as a Special Services Coordinator for Splendora ISD, bringing more than a decade of experience in special education, behavior supports, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Section 504 services. She is passionate about developing systems that empower educators, support families, and create meaningful opportunities for every student to succeed.
Rachel earned her master's degree and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Throughout her career, she has focused on building collaborative relationships and supporting campuses through effective student-centered practices.
Rachel and her husband, Matt, have been married for more than 16 years and are proud parents of two children who attend Splendora ISD. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her son and the Wildcat football team, supporting her daughter at softball games, and relaxing on the front porch while watching their cows graze.

Analisa Habet is excited to serve as a Special Services Coordinator for Splendora ISD. She began her career with the district in 2019 as a School Psychology Intern and has supported every campus in various roles as both an evaluator and a school psychologist. Throughout her time in the district, she has gained extensive experience supporting specialized programs and ensuring students receive meaningful special education services.
A bilingual school psychologist originally from Belize, Analisa earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and her specialist degree in School Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She also serves as a CPI Trainer of Trainers, has supervised school psychology interns, and enjoys mentoring new evaluators.
Analisa is passionate about building strong relationships with students, families, and staff while collaborating to support student success. She and her family recently made the Splendora area their home and enjoy being part of the community. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two dogs and two cats.

Dzondria Jones serves as a Special Services Coordinator, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist in both educational and clinical settings. She previously served as Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for Splendora ISD, where she provided districtwide leadership, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and supported students, families, and campuses across the district.
Throughout her career, Dzondria has developed programs to strengthen student services, including Splendora ISD's Dysphagia Management Program. She has also provided professional development and mentorship for staff, supervised graduate clinicians and speech-language pathology assistants, and co-authored a grant supporting the district's 18+ Transition Program. Prior to joining Splendora ISD, she served in leadership roles in Houston-area school districts.
As a Splendora resident, parent, and active community member, Dzondria is passionate about building strong relationships with students, families, and staff while ensuring that every student has the support and opportunities needed to succeed.

TaMeka Martin is honored to serve as Splendora ISD's District Safety Administrator. She brings more than 20 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, coach, curriculum coordinator, instructional specialist, programs facilitator, and most recently as Assistant Principal at Splendora High School.
A native of Bryan, Texas, TaMeka earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Prairie View A&M University, as well as a Master of Educational Administration from Lamar University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree at Grand Canyon University.
Throughout her career, TaMeka has been dedicated to servant leadership and creating safe, supportive learning environments for students and staff. She is actively involved in her church and community and enjoys serving through educational, civic, and volunteer organizations. She and her husband, Greg, have two daughters, Khloe and Kadence.
