Wildman named Science Coordinator

We are pleased to announce that Laura Wildman has been selected as the Science Coordinator for Splendora ISD, beginning July 1, 2025. Laura Wildman has been a dedicated educator in Splendora ISD since 2008. She is currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Piney Woods Elementary. Prior to this role, she spent six years as the Director of Professional Learning. Laura has also worked as an Instructional Specialist and has extensive teaching experience in grades 4-8, with the majority of her time focused on science education.
Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2008 and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2010. She is a devoted wife and mother to her 2-year-old daughter, Blakely.
“I am excited to return to the Teaching & Learning team, where I can focus on my passion for supporting educators and enhancing student learning. Helping teachers grow and empowering them to create meaningful learning experiences has always been at the heart of my work, and I look forward to making a positive impact in this role,” said Mrs. Wildman.
