PCE 2nd Graders Watch Science Take Flight

Peach Creek Elementary’s second graders got an up-close look at one of nature’s most amazing transformations! As part of their life cycle unit, students observed and carefully transferred live butterflies, experiencing each stage—from chrysalis to fluttering wings—right in their own classrooms.
Their excitement grew with every change, and the room buzzed with curiosity as they watched science truly come to life. It was a hands-on learning experience they won’t soon forget!
