Gardner named Sixth Grade Campus Principal

Nichole Gardner

We are excited to announce that Nichole Gardner has been selected as Principal of Splendora ISD’s Sixth Grade Campus, beginning the 2025-2026 school year. A dedicated educator with 16 years of service in Splendora ISD, Nichole has held various roles, each contributing to her deep commitment to serving students and staff. She strives to empower others by building positive relationships and designing meaningful learning experiences.

Before becoming principal, Nicole served as the Assistant Principal at Splendora Junior High for the past two years. Before that, she worked as a behavior teacher, cheer coach, and inclusion teacher at the junior high level. She also taught 5th-grade reading at Greenleaf Elementary, where she developed her passion for supporting young learners.

Nichole earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2007 and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lamar University in 2022. Outside of school, Nichole is happily married to Grant Gardner, and together, they have two sons, Gunner and Graham, who currently attend Piney Woods Elementary. As a proud parent in the community, she is deeply invested in the success and well-being of all students.

“I am excited to continue my journey as a servant leader and am committed to nurturing both student and staff growth. I believe in building a collaborative environment where every child can thrive. I look forward to partnering with the school community to make the Sixth Grade Campus a place of excellence, innovation, and support for all,” said Mrs. Gardner.
