CBAS Spotlight - Professional Learning & Quality Staff
At Splendora ISD, our employees are the heart of our district, and their feedback is essential in helping us create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered. Each year, we gather employee feedback through Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Surveys. This allows employees to share their experiences, ideas, and concerns anonymously. Their input influences our decisions to improve working conditions, professional development, and overall job satisfaction. Employee feedback has led to significant changes in previous years, including enhanced communication strategies, additional classroom resources, and improved wellness initiatives.
As part of our commitment to employee well-being, Splendora ISD provides our employees with access to Next Level Urgent Care at no cost. This program ensures employees and their immediate families can access high-quality, convenient healthcare when needed. Employees can visit a Next Level Urgent Care clinic without worrying about out-of-pocket costs, whether for a minor illness, injury, or routine medical concern. Our employees’ health and well-being are priorities for us, and we encourage them to take advantage of this valuable benefit.
Investing in leadership development is critical to the long-term success of our district. That’s why we are excited about the growth of our Exceptional Leaders program. With over 40 participants engaged in two programs, our aspiring leaders are learning and collaborating on key topics such as strategic leadership and leading people. These future leaders are gaining the skills and insights necessary to drive excellence in Splendora ISD.
We are proud of our employees' commitment to professional growth and leadership development. Whether participating in the Exceptional Leaders program, benefiting from the Next Level Urgent Care initiative, or using their voice to shape our district through the engagement survey, our employees’ contributions make a lasting impact.
