As part of SISD's Pre-K through Grade 12 Career Initiative, Career Week is kicking off February 17-21! Across the district, our students will explore a world of career opportunities, sparking inspiration and possibilities for their futures.
Here are some of the highlights:
- Grade 3 students will gain hands-on experience as they visit our SHS construction trade programs of study, sparking career curiosity while learning valuable real-world skills.
- Seniors will take an important step in preparing for their future through resume building and mock interviews, equipping them with essential skills for the professional world.
- SHS will host a Career Fair, connecting students to industry professionals and showcasing the many pathways they can pursue.
- Campuses across the district will feature career-focused announcements, trivia, and engaging activities designed to help students dream big and explore the endless possibilities ahead.
