We are incredibly proud to announce that Scarlett Burket of Splendora High School has been selected as one of only 15 recipients statewide of the prestigious 2025 SBOE Student Hero Award!
Nominated by counselor Anne Lougee, Scarlett is being recognized for her outstanding kindness, charity, and selfless service to others — qualities that truly define a hero.
She will be honored at the State Board of Education (SBOE) general meeting on June 27, 2025, in Austin, TX.
