Congratulations to Ava Kimpel, whose breathtaking sculpture, “Born of Wind,” has been selected to represent Splendora ISD at the State Youth Art Month Spring Exhibition at the Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin! Ava’s sculpture will be showcased this March in the Bullock's rotunda, among the finest student artworks in the state. She will also be recognized at the awards ceremony with a chance for her sculpture to be displayed in the Governor’s mansion! We are so proud of Ava and grateful for her ceramics teacher, Ms. Nix!!!
