The Business and Finance Department develops and monitors the district's budget, finances, payroll, accounting, and purchasing.

Our goals are to: 

• Provide the maximum amount of dollars within the scope of  state, federal, and local tax revenues;
• Communicate specific legislative changes for revenues;
• Maintain the state average for per student expenditures;
• Provide the most up-to-date facilities and technology;
• Work toward a competitive salary schedule to recruit the best employees;
• Support the mission of  vertical and horizontal academic alignment through the budget process; and
• Develop and communicate business procedures to streamline processes
