Kent Broussard, M.Ed.
Kent Broussard received his undergraduate degree in 1996 and his Masters of Education Degree in 2003 both from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas.
After eight successful years of teaching in the Beaumont Independent School District, Broussard moved to the Bridge City Independent School District to become an administrator. He was an assistant principal for four years, then became the principal of Sims Elementary in B.C.I.S.D. for the next two years.
Following his second year, Mr. Broussard reached out of his comfort zone, to become the principal of Piney Woods Elementary in the Splendora Independent School District. After four successful years at Piney Woods Elementary, he became principal at Splendora Junior High School in 2014.
The Broussard family resides in Splendora where his wife also works in the district. They have two children; one is a Splendora graduate attending college and the other is a junior at Splendora High School.
Beverly Ford, M.Ed.
Beverly Ford attended the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2008. She earned her Masters of School Administration degree at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 2015. In 2009, she began her career in education as a classroom teacher for Peach Creek Elementary where she taught first grade for six years and fourth grade for one year. She was also the Summer School principal for Splendora in 2015. Mrs. Ford has been an assistant principal for Splendora Junior High since August of 2015.
Lloyd "Chip" Keel, M.Ed.
Chip Keel graduated from Shepherd High School in 1994 and attended the University of Missouri Rolla on a football scholarship. Keel completed his bachelor’s degree at Sam Houston State University in 2001 and began his career in education in 2002. In 2009, he received his Master's degree in education from Stephen F. Austin University. Mr. Keel became the Splendora Junior High assistant principal in 2017.
Molly Buford graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in English after graduating from New Caney High School. Mrs. Buford began her teaching career at Splendora Junior High in 2003. She has been married to her husband, Stacy, since 1998 and they have two daughters. One is a graduate of Splendora High School and the other attends SHS.
Patricia L. McAnally graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2006, and she is currently enrolled at Lamar University for her Masters in Education Administration. She began her career in Splendora ISD in 2010 as a paraprofessional and then became a math teacher. She took on a new role in 2020 as the Math Specialist. McAnally has been married to her husband, Freddy, since 1989, and they have two children. Both children graduated from Splendora High School, and one is also a teacher at Splendora Junior High.
Patricia Tillery, M.Ed.
Patricia Tillery graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Education for ELAR 4-8th and earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification in May 2019. She started her career in 2005 as a 7th and 8th grade Reading/Language Arts teacher in Splendora ISD. In 2015, she became an instructional specialist at SJH. In 2019, Mrs. Tillery became the SJH Program Facilitator.
