Public Notice

Splendora ISD is accepting referrals for students who may need Gifted and Talented Services. This program is designed for students who exhibit intellectual and creative thinking abilities at an extraordinary level not normally served in the regular classroom. Services are provided only upon identification of education needs of the student.  

Anyone wishing to refer a student attending Splendora ISD in kindergarten through twelfth grade this school year is asked to go to this website (linked here) to complete the referral form. This form must be returned to the school by March 31, 2023. Those unable to complete the form online should call, Alex Kabli, Gifted and Talented Coordinator, (281) 689-4438 or email akabli@splendoraisd.org to request a form be sent to them.

There will be an informational meeting for parents interested in referring their students for GT on March 13th at 6:00 PM in the Timber Lakes Elementary cafeteria. Translation services will be available.
