Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Annually, parents and eligible students are notified of their rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). This notification is given through the directory information notices that allow parents and eligible students a reasonable amount of time to request that the school not disclose directory information about them.
