Conflicts Disclosures

In accordance with HB 914 all board members have been made aware of facts that require local government officers to file a Conflicts Disclosure Statement (Form CIS) in accordance with chapter 176, Local Government Code. If the officer has (1) an employment or business relationship with a vendor or potential vendor of the district (“relationship disclosure”) or (2) received certain gifts from a vendor or potential vendor of the district (“gift disclosure”) the officer will complete Form CIS and file it with the records administrator of the district and it will be posted to this website.
