Administration of Tests to Home-Schooled Students
-
A school district must permit a home-schooled student who is entitled to attend school in the district to participate in an administration of the Preliminary Scholastic Achievement Test (PSAT)/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (NMSQT) or a college advanced placement test offered by the district. The school district must post on its website the date when the tests will be administered. The notice must state that the PSAT/NMSQT or the advanced placement test is available for home-schooled students eligible to attend school in the district and describe the procedures for a home-schooled student to register for the test.
