Welcome to Mrs. Harber’s 5^th grade virtual math class!  

Dear Parents and Students,                                       

Welcome to the 5th grade! I am very excited to start this school year and I am looking forward to meeting all of you! I have great expectations and goals that will make learning fun and enjoyable.

We have a very busy and exciting year in store for us! In our 5th grade classroom, all students will enjoy a rigorous, challenging program that is engaging and appropriate for addressing each individual student’s needs. Your child will work toward meeting and exceeding state standards and toward acquiring the tools/skills necessary for his/her future, academically and otherwise.

Ask Questions:  If you have any concerns or are wondering why something is happening, please feel free to call or email me at any time.  I welcome all concerns, ideas, and feedback that affect your child or our classroom.

      I realize that teaching your child is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibility. I will do my best this year to ensure that each student has a motivating and safe learningexperience in the classroom. However, I cannot do this alone. I need your help. We both need to be partners in the learning process. I need each of you to encourage your child at home by helping to ensure that they have completed their assignments, and help them study for quizzes, if necessary. I know with your help that we are going to have a great year!

12:30-1:00 LUNCH

1:00-2:20 3rd period

2:20-3:45 4th period

3:45-4:15 Bus Duty
